Apartments of Melbourne Northbank is located across from Crown Casino on the Northern bank of the Yarra River. Our Northbank Place apartments are modern, fresh apartments, most with balconies overlooking the Yarra River or the city centre. In this location, you have the option of onsite secure car parking from just $40 per night and trams are literally outside the front of the apartments. We are the closest 4 star accommodation to the Melbourne Convention Centre and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

We do not cancel bookings or issue refunds, we accept bookings as full and final. In the unlikely effect your plans change, we are happy to allow you to change names for the booking at no cost.

CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL PAYMENT FEES

  1. A payment processing fee of 2.5% applies for all Visa,  MasterCard and American Express payments.
  2. A payment processing fee of 3% applies for all Paypal payments.
  3. These fees will be added by our team to your booking unless otherwise indicated
ARRIVAL TIMES
Guests are encouraged to arrive during our regular service hours with assisted check in between 3pm till 7pm. In additional guests have the following options:
  1. Bag drop from 11am till 7pm
  2. Priority arrival from 12.30pm, $25 fee applies
  3. Regular assisted check in between 3pm and 7pm, no fee
  4. Late arrivals from 8pm till 11pm, $49 fee applies
  5. Late arrivals from 11pm till 1am, $99 fee applies
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
You will need to present the following on arrival
  1. Government issued photo ID such as a
  2. Passport or Driver’s License in your name
  3. A valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express in your name and, have available funds to meet our security hold requirements, between $250 and $750 depending on apartment type
  4. Both the ID and credit card must be in the same name as the booking, your name
  5. Present the card used, for the original accommodation payment at time of booking, the name on the card MUST be EXACTLY the same as your ID
  6. And you must be 21 years of age or older 
CREDIT CARDS, PHOTO ID AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
For the security of all guests it’s important we understand who is staying and collect important information. Our team use Apps made by Zoho and Jotform to collect your name, address and phone number as well as other critical information. We scan your photo ID i.e. a driver’s license or passport and the credit cards you are using during your stay. We hold this information for 90 days before safely disposing of it.
